PCI Nanolight in new formulation and with significantly improved processing properties
Improved lightweight mortar technology for better non-sag properties, longer correction time and an even smoother processing profile

PCI Augsburg GmbH has now further improved the tried and tested flexible mortar PCI Nanolight in response to the ever-increasing requirements on the market. The revised formulation based on light mortar technology scores with better non-sag properties, a longer correction time and an even smoother and easier processing profile.
Since its introduction, the light flexible PCI Nanolight has stood for a new generation of tile adhesives. The special feature: Regardless of the substrate, whether indoors or outdoors - PCI Nanolight is suitable for all ceramic coverings on walls and floors and scores with its exceptional ease of application. The light mortar technology used ensures a higher yield (up to 45% compared to conventional PCI tile adhesives) and a lower carrying weight (15 kg bag with carrying handle) with the same performance.
However, the requirements on the processing properties have further increased since the introduction of PCI Nanolight. PCI takes this into account with an improved formulation in which the composition of the lightweight fillers has been redefined. Craftsmen thus benefit from better non-sag properties, a longer correction time as well as an even smoother and easier processing profile.
For example, large-format, heavy tiles can be laid effortlessly on walls and floors without slipping or sagging. Tiles can still be easily corrected up to approx. 15 minutes after installation. The optimized composition of the lightweight fillers gives PCI Nanolight its creamy consistency and makes application smoother and easier than ever before.
Very smooth and effort-saving application - enables efficient and fast work
Better non-sag properties - no slipping and sagging of large-format tiles on walls and floors
Improved correction time - tiles can still be corrected up to approx. 15 minutes after installation
The consistency of the flexible mortar can still be variably adjusted - as thin-bed or medium-bed mortar as well as for troweling. Adhesive bed thicknesses of 1-10 mm are possible. The working time of approx. 90 minutes is convenient; there is no initial hardening. The laid surface can be walked on after around 8 hours.
PCI Nanolight makes a major contribution to healthy and sustainable living. The flexible mortar which is certified as very low in emissions according to GEV-EMICODE EC 1 PLUS has a low dust content, i.e. virtually no dust is generated during opening, pouring and mixing. In addition to a healthier working environment, the construction site also remains cleaner and the craftsmen lose less time due to cleaning.
