PCI postpones participation in BAU until 2023
Priority is given to the health of employees and customers

The PCI Group postpones its participation in BAU until 2023 and cancels its participation in BAU 2021 due to the unforeseeable further development of the Corona situation. Every two years in January the world's leading trade fair BAU in Munich is the meeting point for the entire construction industry. PCI, with its headquarters in Augsburg, has been an exhibitor at BAU for many years, with a booth size of over 500 square meters at the last event.
"It was not an easy decision for us and we only made it after long consideration. On the one hand, nobody can say with certainty at this point in time what the situation will be like in January 2021, whether there will be further travel restrictions, strict conditions or new legal regulations for major events. The protection of our employees and customers is a very clear priority. On the other hand, the close exchange with the visitors, the direct personal conversation and the ‘exhibition feeling' - for us central, important aspects of a fair - are not given in such a situation", comments Stephan Tschernek, Head of Marketing PCI.
However, PCI will offer its partners and customers an alternative solution: "With an interactive, digital exhibition stand we will inform about the latest solutions and innovations of the PCI Group and offer our customers and all interested parties a unique virtual experience. We are looking forward to participating at BAU in 2023!".
The digital exhibition stand will be available to all visitors during the exhibition period on the websites of PCI and THOMSIT.
