PCI Flexmörtel® Premium with a new formulation and improved processing properties

Rapid weather changes as they occur more and more frequently in this country often make laying work outdoors a risky undertaking. Thanks to its improved formulation, the new PCI Flexmörtel® Premium offers constant setting and processing times in all weather conditions. These guarantee even more flexibility and reliable planning and workmanship on the construction site.

Due to its effective crystalline water binding, the gauging water is completely bound within a few hours thus avoiding any staining or deformation especially when laying natural stone coverings.

These advantages make the PCI Flexmörtel® Premium particularly suitable for laying ceramic and natural stone coverings on balconies and terraces.

In addition, it combines convenient application of a normal setting adhesive with the technical advantages of a quick adhesive. The adhesive has a processing time of approx. 90 minutes, the tiled surface can be walked on after approx. 4 hours.

"For the outside area, a mortar is required that behaves almost the same in all seasons and ambient temperatures, with a long open time for laying without hectic and yet fast curing time so that the user can grout on the same day."

The craftsman can adjust the material consistency of PCI Flexmörtel® Premium variably - as thin-bed, fluid-bed or medium-bed mortar as required.

The new PCI Flexmörtel® Premium is very low in emissions in accordance with GEV-EMICODE® EC 1 PLUS for more healthy living and less indoor air pollution.
